Kinesiology and Nutrition at Southern Miss
The School of Kinesiology and Nutrition maintains a robust portfolio of innovative research efforts and opportunities, which serve to make a positive societal impact. Current projects range from the investigation of positive effects of tele-nutrition programs across disadvantaged communities to efforts that provide medical professionals with a better understanding of impact variables to overall cardiovascular health to investigations aimed at creating a better understanding of the human-material interface in occurrences of impacts to the body or head of athletes and war fighters.
